Ok, I know that when it comes to politics people like to look way ahead into the future but that should be thinking of the past, shouldn't it?. I just read an Associated Press report on how Democrats are going to have a "hard time" keeping their majorities in both the House and the Senate when the country votes again this fall for mid-term elections. Well, here's a counterpoint to a point that seems to have political motivation behind it. Aren't we DONE with partisanship? Haven't we seen the damage it has done not only during this depression but how it got us pulled into two wars, one that was justified in Afghanistan (though we were sluggish getting there) and in another in Iraq (that had NOTHING TO DO with the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001)? Democrats have constantly taken the high road which is what cost them in elections past but now they hold the "High Ground" and I believe that they can look down at the Republicans, which really are a party that has no identity and really doesn't have a voice in government. If all the Republicans constantly do is say NO! to everything and ANYTHING that the Democrats and the Obama administration believe is good for the country.... Name one small thing called Healthcare... then they will vote themselves out of office. If America is still going to run on a two party system then bipartisanship must be a key element in our government... afterall we are all Americans and above that we are all humans. So please stop making stupid reports when we've just started the year? Every day our government, especially the White House, works tirelessly to keep this country safe and is finally moving the World in the right direction, whether you're Democrat, Republican, Conservative, or Liberal, you must have all in order to run government. Hopefully this article will be considered for national news but I'm not sure it will be but I hope some people that think the same way I do pick up on this and send it to the top.
