This iReport is part of an assignment:
Caught in credit crack-down? |
The ultimate way to destroy your credit cards
Motivated by a financial crunch in my own life, I spent the last several months making a micro budget feature comedy movie about a family who nearly loses everything. They are helped out by financial expert Dave Ramsey, who is known for suggesting creative ways to destroy your credit cards (a "Plasectomy"). The ending scene of the movie is a music video style ultimate plasectomy, complete with blenders, lawn mowers, exploding pumpkins and even dynamite. The movie, "Class of '91" will be shown at ministries and churches throughout the country at no cost to them or the audience on March 6, 2010.
It's the story of Roger and Diane Wagner, a high spending, shallow couple who are looking forward to flaunting their wealth at their upcoming 20th class reunion. Roger loses his job, his house and his self respect. Will they attend the reunion as homeless classmates?
