    A Frozen Start to Atlanta's New Year

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iRbarnes says he's keeping warm 'with 3-4 layers of clothes and lots of coffee.' He's lived in Atlanta for 17 years and is 'no fan' of the cold.

    Tempatures in the teens this morning had people in Atlanta GA rolling off to work facing bitter cold, ice, traffic jams and a brand new year.  Attitudes are good overall as the weather is a little easier to handle with 2009 gone forever. Tomorrow, after yet another morning with single-digit wind chills, we'll find out if the feelings begin to change.
