    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Richardlew told me, 'There have been a few home fires due to fireplaces not working properly, many of the homes in the mountains only have fireplaces, not central heat.'

    though yesterday it was ONLY 12 degrees in the mountains the water is still flowing..ICY cold but still flowing. The wind no matter how many layers you had on cut right through you..Picture by Richard Lew It can be used on your forcast and xhoeon CNN/HLN because i'm way over 18 and the pictures are mine to allow you to show....
