    The speech that President Obama  gave laid out the errors that were made by humans and the system. It also pointed out the areas that needed improvement. President Obama and Mr. Brennan took responsibility for the flaws. All in effort to to reassure the public that all is being done ensure their safety.  However  it also was very pragmatic that "there is no silver bullet", but because we can't stop them all, doesn't mean we run and hide.
