    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Florencio told me he could feel the quake in Caracas, Venezuela. 'It was like a soft movement, not a full quake --- we felt it in the office, we work on the 14th floor, and went down to the main floor. We felt a little movement and looked at each other and said "it's an earthquake right?" And maybe 10 seconds later it started moving again. Went for five or ten seconds.'
