    These are all pictures of Cedar Rapids during the initial stages of flooding.  The water is receding and people are beginning to get back into their homes and voluteer efforts are underway.  A faith based sevice called SERVE THE CITY has organized and put together massive efforts and made things go so much smoother for people to get supplies and help that they so much need
