    People uniting to help one another

    Despite the devastation in Haiti, I do love seeing people from all over the world uniting to help a populace in dire need. It says something about who we are at our core, beyond the pettiness that usually separates us.

     

    Those of you who can give, please do so. Skip an evening out and take the money you would've spent, and donate it.

     

    Now, if only we can all just pretend that Darfur, The Congo, Somalia, etc., have been devastated by an earthquake, tsunami or hurricane...
