One town's clean up process
This is a picture of the clean up process in Palo Iowa, a small town outside of Cedar Rapids whose whole town had to be evacuated during the flood of 2008. As you can see, this open space of land has now been turned into a place to put the damaged items that the flood took from peoples homes.
