This iReport is part of an assignment:
George Carlin |
The Cure for Depression
I often thought of myself as a female George Carlin. Not that I could pull off the laughter that he did. Everything he talked about I always thought about and he had a way of making it so funny and true. I think you either loved this man or didn't. I limit myself with interacting with humans as he had said because humans are so boring, I love this because it's so true. A lot of my own humor is only understood by others that see the humor of human existance. If you don't laugh then life is over. I wonder if he was laughing in the end, I do hope so because I know I will. If there is a after life, I sure do hope I will get to meet him. I just thought of him the other day when I was buying fiber and they added tax, I said to the young man behind the counter, I didn't know fiber was a luxury. Smile George, you will live on in me until my time comes.
