    I met Teddy Pendergrass at the National Spinal Cord Injury Association's SCI Hall of Fame. Launched by the National Spinal Cord Injury Association in 2005, the SCI Hall of Fame was created to celebrate and honor individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to quality of life and advancements toward a better future for all individuals with spinal cord injury.

    I was nominated in the 2006 http://www.spinalcord.org/news.php?dep=13&page=59&list=830 SCI HOF for Entertainment. Teddy Pendergrass  was SCI Hall of Fame 2005 Inaugural Inductee. He introduced the 2006 nominees and I was honored to be one of the names he mentioned. After the award we met and discussed our passions is using our talents to inspire other spinal cord injured people.

    May God bless him and his family. Teddy will be missed.
