    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     TonyaTko described the tearful, joyous scene she saw at New York's JFK airport as survivors of the Haiti earthquake arrived. “There were balloons, news cameras and an ominous yet electrified feeling in the air...I heard the end of the room erupt into cheers," she said.
