PLEASE HELP MYRIAM MERLET NOW! She is buried under her collapsed home.  Directly after the quake, she responded to a cell phone call and was moaning and asking for help. Follow up calls to her having been unsuccessful.

Myriam Merlet is a Haitian-Canadian citizen, a Haiti official, the previous Chief of Staff of the Ministry for Women's Rights in Haiti and world renown activist having worked with Dwa Fanm, a NYC based human rights group and V-Day worldwide.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO DIG HER OUT FROM UNDER HER HOUSE NOW! She lives at IMPASSE MUGET, CROIX-DEPREZ, (BEHIND GALLERY NADERE) PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI.

There are also some 70 earthquake refugees living in the backyards in Croix-Deprez. Her cousin lives next door, her name is Magda Cheron Alexis
