    Typhoon Frank destroys vital Cabatuan bridge in Iloilo Province Philippines

    The bridge linking the town of Cabatuan to Iloilo city remain unpassable to vehicular traffice due to the damage it sustained at the height of typhoon frank. It is just one of the many bridges that was destroyed and damaged by the force of raging flood waters during the onslaught of typhoon frank when it hit the Philippines.
