    Firemen climbed the ladder entered a condo from the roof and are throwing things out the window.  There is no sign of smoke or flames.  Some black residue is present above condo which could have been there prior.  They have blocked off all cross roads and continue to throw out items of all sizes.  Rainy day doesn't seem to be helping matters.  Emergency personal arrived at the scene at approximately 3:45pm EST.
