    Well, not only as another year came and went, but a whole decade. To say things have been challenging would be understating the economic challenges we have experienced; however, you can create you own hope if you make the right personal choices. As we enter into this New Year, and decade, the most important personal choice you can make is to create a plan to manage your finances.
