    Inside the demolition site

With the implosion date set for April 11th, my daughter and I set out for some souvenirs. Camera and video camera ready to capture whatever we were going to see. Once reaching our destination, we had to sign in with security. While signing in, dump truck after dump truck, were hauling debris out of the area. Security cameras everywhere, watching our every move. Piles of rubble everywhere. The colors, blue, white and silver no longer the theme colors. It's now orange and black. Viewing Texas Stadium like this for any cowboy fan would be difficult. My daughter tried to talk the supervisor, into escorting her inside what was left of the stadium. But due to company policy, he couldn't. But, he did get talked into letting her (us) have some of the debris from the stadium. Yes, I said debris. We left the site with part of the concrete pillars and a video tape (tape marked with the cowboys logo). And we found a letter "C" from outside the demolition area. A few of the pillars, will be cut down and sold on ebay. The rest are for our family. Not too sure what we'll do with the "C". Maybe if VIP's autographs are on it, we could sell it as an charity auction on ebay.
