    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JoyfulGypsy says her former neighbor Sam has a great personality and excellent chicken antics. While looking for odd jobs to do after being unable to find a job in the teaching field, he was able to walk into Cluck-U and get a job the same day. As the chicken. "They handed him the suit on the spot and he got to work." Of course, he later moved and found a position as a substitute teacher (without chicken suit that we know of).

    That's my neighbor, Sam, in the chicken costume.  He has a Master's degree in Elementary Education and he has a teaching license.

     

    It sure looks like a sign of the economic times to me.
