    How To Set up a Budget

    Me and my husband both work, we have ben trying to set up a budget and stick with it, but every time we do it doesn't last. And no matter how hard we try we are falling farther and farther behind on all our bills and paying everything last minute. We do not spend frivolously. Most weeks we are just barley making it. What budgeting tips would you give us to be able to find a budget that works for us so we could get caught up and stay there.
