Feliciano Financial Group Opens 14 New Positions Despite Economy!

TYLER, TX - The Tyler based Feliciano Financial Group (www.felicianofinancial.com) announced today it is looking to fill a total of 14 new positions at the firm's East Texas headquarters during the first half of 2010.

In addition to customer service positions, the company is seeking financial representatives with a minimum Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, as well as licensed insurance representatives. Interested applicants, with a minimum five years experience, should submit their resume to W. Lane Norvell by fax 903-533-8585 or by e-mail at ffg@felicianofinancial.com.

"In spite of the sluggish economy," states Jose Feliciano, "we have been able to maintain our core business while expanding into new markets. Our consistent growth over the past 25 years is a direct result of our dedication to customer service and a holistic approach to financial services."

In 2008, Jose Feliciano, CEO for Feliciano Financial Group, reached a milestone in his financial planning career by being awarded the Crystal Eagle Award from Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. a member of The Hartford Financial Services Group, for being ranked as the top producer in the company.

Feliciano, noted public speaker and author of three books, including Value Based Planning and 2 Hour House, recently presented his keynote address Passion for Possibility – which is based on his latest book, as part of the Napoleon Hill Foundation’s 100th anniversary celebration of the business classic Think and Grow Rich - where he shared the stage with Bob Proctor, John Gray, and Mark Victor Hansen, co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul.

Feliciano stated that a key reason for this growth is their status as a Wealth Management firm. According to a survey conducted by CEG Worldwide in 2007 and 2009, empirical research shows that “…only 1 in 15 (6.6 percent) surveyed advisors were truly practicing wealth management.” (Koreto 1). “FFG’s affiliated advisors program has grown, recently to include partners in Texarkana, Dallas, Houston, Burleson, and Longview. This arrangement allows our firm to provide support services to advisors in the region, which, in turn, benefits that advisor’s clients.”

In addition, In response to the public’s concern, following the news reports about the ever-changing health care reform plans being drafted in Washington, D.C., and in an effort to “pay it forward” to the community of East Texas, Feliciano has established a free, no obligation website where visitors can compare health insurance plans from a number of competing health insurance providers, providing a fast and easy way to review available insurance options by answering four simple questions (age, height, weight, and zip code).

“An important aspect of our holistic approach to wealth management is insuring medical coverage and healthcare needs are addressed well into retirement,” outlined Feliciano. To that end, he insisted the website www.felicianoinsurance.com, be available free of charge to the general public, allowing anonymous access to the information.
