    Man Protests Lack of Wheelchair Access in New Orleans

    Jonah Bascle decided to organize a small but vocal protest against the lack of wheelchair access on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line. The group gathered on the median (known as a "neutral ground" in New Orleans). Bascle is also running for mayor of New Orleans and one of his main campaign points will be correcting the lack of access for the disabled in the city.
