    Court utilizes Mal Practice Court Assigned Psychologist for Mother and the Rape Victim. Mal Practice Psychologist writes a fraudulent report For the court after only one session against Mother. Mother requests a neutral Psychologist to help daughter from Rape Trauma's. Court denies the request and continued the mal practice psychologist to give mal practice therapy to the rape victim.
