I Have Lost 55 Pounds So Far
I lost the first 45 pounds in about 18 weeks. The last 10 pounds came off a little more slowly, but it wasn't difficult. I have kind of leveled off at 156 pounds, but would like to be between 150 and 155 pounds. My biggest weightloss aid was my iPhone using the LoseIt, RunKeeper, and Fit Builder apps. It was really very easy. I have blogged about my experiences here...

At the very least, get an iPod Touch and download the free LoseIt app. Good luck on your own weight loss. :-)
