My name is Kristi
I just returned an Apple 3gs and cant get back my deposit from att. which is 150.00 which was a deposit, I got it at Walmart and they told me I had 30 days to return it. I cancelled the contract with att, and they will not give me back the 150.00 dollars I put down, I only had the phone 9 days, I just returned it today. Walmart told me Att will not refund my 150.00 Can you please help?
I was told when I bought the phone I had 30 days to return it and I did but they will not give me the 150.00. Walmart said att will not give it bak to me. Please help, I was never told that about returning the phone. I was told I would get a refund if I returned it before the 30 days.
