I am honored to share my birthday, July 18th with Mr. Mandela.
I too am a peacemaker. People who bring peace and freedom are tested as to whether they will walk outside the group they are trying to assist or go down the middle. If you go outside the group they will crucify you, if you go down the middle, you will be elevated. Mr. Mandela has done both in his life. I have looked to his hard learned lessons to bring peace through compassion, patience and understanding. I have experienced greater strength, confidence and courage as I walk the middle path.
Happy Birthday Mr. Mandela, when I blow my candles on the 18th I will send you a blessing of loving peace.
