    Hydrinos offer free fuel for world's-low cost power plants

    I have posted an iReport on CNN about a new form of energy derived from a fracxtional state of hydrogen called hydrinos.  The story is comprehensive and well-documented.  I would be delighted if you would vet it throught the many links to documentation and report oin this technology on CNN.
