    Biden satisfies Obama's lack of experience both in time serving in a national publically eleceted office and in foreign policy. Lieberman captures the center-left leaning Moderates that could swing this election and shores up McCain's weaknesses at home (Not to mention solidifying a Jewish vote that questions Obama's loyalty).
