    Cross Country Skiing Only Transportation in Downtown D.C.

    Washington, D.C. is completely shutdown with the snowstorm and Washingtonians only means of transportation at this point is cross country skiing.  This picture was taken on 25th Street and M Street just as you cross into Georgetown at aproximately 11:50am EST.  There are no vehicles on the street and barely any visibility.  The city is completely shutdown.
