    This is a video of Sarah Palin reading cheat notes scrawled on her left palm at a Q&A Session following her keynotes speech at the Tea Party Convention on February 6, 2010.  She had to refer to them when asked about what her top 3 priorities are.  By the time she got to number 2, she had to turn to her left hand for guidance.
