Bring Our Jobs Back to The USA .....NOW!
February 7, 2010 | Cedar Creek, Texas | Vetting explained
Do you see “red” when you shop at Wal-Mart? You should! The global trade experiment between the USA and China has failed. Having nearly all of our day to day consumables made in China is gradually reducing America to a third world nation. One of the hallmarks of a third world nation is exporting more raw materials than finished good. The USA is there!
A trip to any big box retail store will revel that close to 100% of ALL the hard consumable goods are manufactured elsewhere, most from China. Everything from small and large appliances, clothing, shoes, cameras, automotive products, toys and yes, even our Christmas ornaments are “Made in China.”
Our President and politicians talk about job creating. President Obama now says jobs are his number one priority. His solution to creating jobs is to borrow or print up money and create jobs like fixing up government buildings, roads and bridges. They called this printing and borrowing of nearly a trillion dollars “economic stimulus.” Sure America needs to fix it’s infrastructure, but what happened to those jobs? Where did they go? Why isn’t our elected officials talking about the loss of jobs to a foreign nation?
In January, yet another famous name in heavy equipment, Caterpillar, announced it was “looking to China for growth.”
This failed trade experiment with China has cost 2.3 million USA jobs in the last 6 years! It is no secret American corporations run our government and it is these corporations who have moved to China in search of cheaper manufacturing costs, avoid unions, environmental rules and any kind of occupational safety for workers. They did this at the expense of “We The People.”
Some say American Workers are too expensive. To that I say, how come Honda, Toyota, Hyundai and etc., moved some manufacturing to the USA? I say, it is cheaper to put America back to work than for America to declare bankruptcy. Make no mistake, that is where we are headed.
The day will come when the Chinese won’t need the USA for technology or as a place to sell it’s products. As I am creating this website, diplomatic relations between the Chinese and America are cooling. Who will make our toasters, coffee makers, washing machines and dryers, clothing, shoes, toys and (almost forgot) our Christmas ornaments? Just ask yourself; “If China cut us off tomorrow, where would we be?
There are almost 150 Wal-Mart stores in China. How proud must those shoppers be to see everything in the store made in their county—”MADE IN CHINA” Do you as an American beam with pride when you see everything you purchase, “Made in China.” Would you pay a penny a nickel, or a dollar more to have those jobs return to YOUR COUNTRY? Tell President Obama and his Chair of Economic Advisors, Christian Romer, you want them to order American manufacturing back to the USA………..NOW!
