If this doctor is found innocent then so be it. I am not looking for a scapegoat but I am looking for the U.S. to finally start clamping down on these doctors violating their oath. Yes, MJ was a drug addict. It hurts me to say it. But in this country, we prosecute drug dealers of illegal drugs. We need to do the same for those with MD behind their name. By just focusing on the celebs like Heath Ledger, Brittany Murphy, Anna Nicole Smith, MJ, etc., we are letting these doctors go scott free. We are missing teachable moments for our young people because we know they abuse prescription drugs more than illegal ones. We just blame the celebrities. Again, if this doctor is found not guilty, so be it. I am just happy that finally these types of cases are being brought to the forefront. All doctors should be on notice.
