    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     KG85 told me, 'Almost all schools and colleges are closed as well as government agencies. Right now it's just cloudy, cold but not very windy.'

    After receiving 28 inches of snow over the weekend, we are expected to get another 10 - 20 inches between today 2.9.10 and tomorrow 2.10.10.
