    Be Prepared - Rainbow Council First Aid Rally

    Rainbow Council holds an annual first aid rally where patrols compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals (there have been 2 rallys since these pictures were taken).

     

    There are 19 scenarios where 100 Scouts face everything from blisters to third degree burns and severed arteries.  The victims look real after application of moulage --  the same special effects used on movie sets.

     

    The competition is fierce, the boys are focused on helping the victim and everyone leaves a winner - - each better prepared to help others when they can't help themselves.
