    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     kurtykwi says, "For the most part it was very windy and snowy. It was probably around the 30s. Most people would say that's cold but its warm around here."

    The plows were doing a pretty good job clearing the roads they are a little slick and a few drifts from the wind and snow comming off the lake.  But overall id rate them moderate for Wisconsin driving.
