    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     kurtykwi says, "For the most part it was very windy and snowy. It was probably around the 30s. Most people would say that's cold but its warm around here."

    I was down by the cost guard station in Two Rivers, WI when i took this video the wind was blowing pretty hard the snow was comming down pretty good and the visibility was terrible.
