He posted bond and on 09/09/2003 he again failed to appear and another bond was set for $1,000 on 09/18/2003 he again posted bond. On 11/04/2003 he again failed to appear and a capias warrant was issued. He finally was charged on this case but on 09/24/2004 he failed to comply with the court order and his probation was revoked. He finally complied on 11/02/2004 with this court order!
Case #31304CF3445 - Charge date 07/01/2004 - Type of charge Criminal/Infract - Bond on this one was set at $2,500 for a felony charge and yes bail was posted and on 07/02/2004 He fails to appear and a Capias Warrant was issued on 07/06/2004. Well as the story goes he is now back in the system again. 02/18/2005 he as usual did not appear and a Capias Warrant was issued (do we see a pattern?). You know the process he failed to appear again on 07/01/2005. Well after some time he again was back in the system and got a 5 years probation deal. Well he did not follow the terms of this probation and on 12/01/2005 a warrant was issued. Back again in the system. On 12/29/2005 another warrant is issued. Back again in the system. On 02/09/2006 another warrant is issued. Back again in the system and bond set at $5,000. On 03/20/2006 his probation was reinstated (How nice). On 08/25/2006 he violated the probation but the courts was nice enough not to revoke his probation and in return on 12/26/2006 he failed yet again to appear and yet another warrant was issued. Well you know the process? He is back in the system. On 04/27/2007 the courts system gave him yet another little slap. On 01/21/2010 he again violates his probation and yes another warrant. On 01/27/2010
Yet another probation violation. Well now he does a home invasion on 01/10/2010 and it takes 20 days for the system to figure he is in violation probation. This one is still pending.
Case #31305CM1811 - Charge date 02/25/2003 - Type of charge Criminal/Infract - Bond set on this one for $1,000. Well what do you think he did? Yep he did not appear and on 12/06/2005 a warrant was ordered. Back in the system and on 03/07/2006 he posts $500. On 04/06/2006 he does not show up in court and yet another warrant. On 08/04/2006 He again failed to appear and another warrant issued and yet again another little slap.
Case #31306CF5734 - Charge date 08/30/2006 - Type of charge Criminal/Infract - Another felony warrant and a bond of $5,000. On 06/19/2006 his bond was reduced to $2,500. WOW did not the court system not see the case #31304CF3445. This one is also still pending!
So what’s next for this guy? Just the same “O” same “O”. Maybe he will try murder for his next step! Maybe you will be this guy’s next victim!
