New York State Gov Paterson Grant My Disability Retirement Application
I hope that NYS Governor Paterson will find time now to investigate my allegations of discrimination, retaliation, perjury, and abuse of power during my Title VII lawsuit against New York State Department of Correctional Services and New York State Department of Civil Service, and New York State Attorney General's Office under the leadership of Eliot Spitzer.
At the very least I was entitled to my disability retirement benefits. It is my hope and prayer that Governor Paterson will make me whole by correcting my discriminatory and retaliatory experience by signing an executive order that grants me disability retirement benefits that would including health care insurance.
