    After 25 years, snow in Rome!

    This is a companion piece to the video I did on the very rare snowfall we just had in Rome. These are a few of the stills.

    The cold did not remain, however, and by afternoon, the snow had all melted.  But for a few glorious hours, Rome was a wonderland of white.
