    Habits after H1N1 quarantine

    Part of my family was quarantined in Panama City on May 27 when they returned from Mexico with some symptoms of what was called "swine flu."

    New habits?  Besides the usual hand washing, sneezing into the elbow we have done away with handkerchiefs, using disposable paper napkins, kleenex and similar.

    It´s a good way of getting rid of bacteria that usually remain in handkerchiefs.
