New credit card rule should be- Stop using them.
With the new credit card rules in effect today there are many articles about how the credit card companies are trying to find new ways to stick us. If you didn't have a annual fee they might add one. Many college kids were attracted to tables with free teddy bears, shirts and other items and lots of those same students are in debt up to their ears. Why not stick it to the card companies and try our best not to use these cards. Show them we are not playing either. After that the high cost of education needs to be addressed, student loans to be exact.
