    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     VideoMan5000 told me that the mood at this rally was 'energetic and happy' with what he estimates as 'about 200 people' in attendance.

    The San Antonio Tea Party held a birthday rally this week with speakers Joe (The Plumber) Wurzelbacher and Political Author Kevin Jackson. Attendees enjoyed the warm February day and the opportunity to hear about freedom, limited government, and the importance of getting involved in the political process.
