    The government is not broken, it's the people with in it who have forgotten why they are there.

     

    Please read a piece written by Sec Gates. Even he has said building all 10 ships would be a waste of money. The US government expects to spend even more then what I quoted. Air craft carries are built partially as sign of strength. Even Russia at this point has ONE air craft carrier. We have nine Nimitz air craft carrier excluding the USS Enterprise. The kicker part is the Gerald Ford Class is built similar lines of the Nimitz, just because it's new, doesn't make it better.
