I'm Going to Haiti - Please Give Me Advice
Dr. Gupta, thank you so much for the wonderful work you did in Haiti both as a reporter and as a physician.
I am a CNN Ireporter and college professor in NW Arkansas. I will be in Haiti during Spring Break doing whatever I can to help the Haitian people...and shoot good video and photos for CNN, of course.
Thousands of people associated with colleges and universities across America and the world will be heading for Haiti soon. What shots do we need? What shoes and clothing should we bring? What types of exercises do we need to do to minimize injuries? What types of personal items can and should we bring?
All of us who are going to Haiti over Spring Break and the Summer need some good information about how to remain healthy in order to be of help to the Haitian people.
Thank you.
