Smoked Spinach and Parma Ham Stuffed Meatloaf
Here's one of my signature grilled dishes, a rolled meatloaf filled with provolone, spinach, and parma ham, slow smoked over olive wood then sliced and served with fried spinach leaves over homemade tomato sauce.
