This is a (very) local story, but with national importance, not only because of the need for developing alternative energy sources, but also because it showcases a school which IS working. So much criticism is heaped upon our schools, (I think) with little attention paid to the majority of the districts who are performing well. Teachers are tantalizing targets of terminally twisted facts.
