Scott Hinton Says Coast Guard Officers Not DRS Supervised Him
In an article published in the Daily Advance today and reported earlier by CGR, Scott Hinton told Reggie Ponder that he was supervised by Coast Guard Officers not DRS.
Hinton said even though he was collecting a paycheck from DRS, all of his supervisors as a maintenance test pilot are Coast Guard officers.
We’re taking a gander at the Finance and Acquisition Regulations, but at face value we can’t find a contract vehicle that supports Hinton being supervised by Coast Guard Officers. Do any of our readers know the answer to this question, or is this another in the growing list of irregularities with this contract.
