    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

We have disclaimers on almost everything in this country. Some are for our own good because let's face it common sense is in short supply lately and if some one burns themselves on a hot cup of coffee or takes to much of a particular medication it saves a company from paying out a lot of money if it's spelled out on the side of the cup or bottle. With that said why not take it to the next level and put disclaimers on everything, literally. That way when a person buys a car that is a little less then structurally perfect the only one who can be held responsible is the person who buys the vehicle knowing that it could possibly explode or crash into a wall. As long as businesses are going to continue ignoring safety issues and we are willing to take our chances we should be willing to live with the results. Or someone could develop a conscience and actually check their work before it kills someone else.
