Greece Wildfire
These are additional videos of the wildfire today in Voula, Greece. These show the fixed wing firefighting aircraft and the firefighting helicopters in action. Both types of aircraft scoop up salt water from the Aegean Sea and then drop it on the fire. They were dealing with a gusty 30 mph crosswind during this fire and had to maneuver close to the ground over rough terrain.
