    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ander has been iReporting on Iceland's ongoing financial situation for quite some time now, and he's documenting how the people feel in Reykjavik. CNN reported that Iceland's voters overwhelmingly rejected a deal to pay billions of dollars owed to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, according to the Foreign Ministry. ander asks: "So why should the public pay for bankers mistakes? That is what people are saying."

    Today is the referendum in Iceland about the Icesave account.

    Lots of foreign press is in ICeland following the story .

    Today there was the weekly protest in front of the parliement building,and many attended ,with flags and signs,and many of the signs where in English.
