need awareness- 2 year old Layla Grace's fight against neuroblastoma
Dear Robin, I've never met this beautiful blue-eyed 2 year old girl named Layla Grace, and I'm sure most of her more than 30,000 twitter followers haven't either, but her fight for life has touched my heart in more ways than I can put into words. I check her twitter and facebook religiously to make sure she is still holding on, and for right now she is holding on longer than most kids with stage 4 neuroblastoma do. Before Layla, I had never heard of neuroblastoma but it is one of the most common forms of cancer in children under 5 and is often successfully treated if it's discovered soon enough. We have to make people aware of the early symptoms of neuroblastoma, this could be my child or anybody's child and nobody's child should have to die like this. Layla shouldn't have to die like this. She only has a few days left, but I do believe that Layla won't die in vain, Robin. I believe she is still here to raise awareness for her disease, maybe you can help?
praying for Layla Grace,
Ashley Nash
